Frequent questions
Which payment methods are available?
Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), PayPal, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay: all handled securely via Stripe. At checkout you choose how you want to pay.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, cancellable monthly. With an annual subscription until the end of the term. Refunds are handled in the Stripe customer portal.
What is BYOK and why does it matter?
Bring Your Own Key: you store your own LLM API key, so the AI calls are billed to you, not to Tarev. The advantage: no quota limit (50 calls/mo), only your own provider limit. Use free-tier credits directly.
Switching between Solo and Team?
Seamless. Going from Solo to Team keeps existing Halt/Falk/Remo data and adds the multi-user features. Pro-rated billing via Stripe.
Lite for temporary staff: what is NOT included?
Lite users do not see Halt, Falk or Remo at all. In Takt they get only their own clock-ins, tasks, shift view and payslips. No accounting, no invoices, no dunning.
Property manager with 30+ properties?
That is what the Vermieter Pro plan is for, at 24.90 EUR a month. It can be booked normally, this is not a pre-sale. It includes condominium owners with resolution voting, renovation tracking, energy systems, ESG data, rent index comparison, handover protocols, depreciation under §7 EStG, the BetrKV service charge PDF and 200 AI calls a month instead of 50. The number of properties is unlimited in Solo, Team and Vermieter Pro alike; the difference lies in the feature scope and the AI quota.
