Rent received via the Halt CAMT import is matched to tenant and property. Tradesmen's invoices flow into Falk automatically as a § 35a/35c deduction (20 per cent, up to €6,000). Vermietet.de and Hausverwalter24 see neither your account nor your tax return.

Questions about Remo.

  • What is Remo, and who is the app for?
    Remo is the life-cycle tool for private landlords: a pre-purchase check and valuation, an investment cockpit (DSCR, IRR, cap rate), a refurbishment planner with a BAFA/KfW funding check, tenancy agreements, service-charge statements and an energy-plant overview. It is for private landlords, would-be investors and small property managers.
  • How does Remo differ from Vermietet.de or Hausverwalter24?
    Vermietet.de and Hausverwalter24 are pure management tools (tenants, statements, service charges). Remo also covers the pre-purchase check, the investment cockpit (DSCR, IRR, stress test) and the refurbishment planner. You save yourself the combination of Excel and management software.
  • Do the bridges to Halt and Falk really work?
    Yes. Rent received via the Halt CAMT import is matched to tenant and property automatically. Tradesmen's invoices and § 35a/35c costs flow into Falk as a deduction. No double entry.
  • What about the service-charge statement, is it compliant with the regulation?
    The statement takes the heating-cost ratio into account (50/50 or 70/30), the split between consumption and base costs, and the apportionment key for each item. PDF export included, no licence pricing per statement.
  • Can my employer see my Remo data if I use the app as a staff benefit?
    No. Remo runs in your private companion tenant. The company tenant is technically separate from it (its own tenantId). The company sees neither properties nor tenancy agreements nor rental income.
  • What does Remo cost?
    In the Tarev team plan all seven private apps are free for every employee: Halt, Falk, Remo, Vita, Love, Klub and Flora. As a solo private user you pay €4.90 a month, cancellable monthly, or €9.90 on the Plus plan for all seven together. Entering data and calculating in the cockpit stay free for good on the free tier.
  • How many units can I manage?
    One property on the Free plan. On Solo, Team and Landlord Pro the number is not technically limited. A unit is a separate rented flat, a parking space or a commercial area.
  • What does the Landlord Pro plan add?
    Landlord Pro costs €24.90 a month and can be taken out normally, with no pre-sale and no waiting list. It holds the income-property features: owners' associations with resolution voting, refurbishment tracking, energy plants, ESG data, comparable-rent comparison, handover records, depreciation under § 7 of the German Income Tax Act and the service-charge PDF. Plus 200 AI calls a month instead of 50. A higher property limit is not part of it, because Solo and Team do not have one either.
